Move Better.

Feel Better.

Welcome to RS Osteopathy. Providing an holistic approach to your body and health. From pain free daily living to improving sporting performance, we’ve got your back (along with the rest of your body!).

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on how the
body’s muscles, joints, bones and connective tissues work together. It aims to
improve movement, reduce pain and support the body’s natural ability to
function at its best.

A Whole-Body Approach to Treatment

Osteopaths assess the whole body rather than focusing only on the area
where you feel pain. This is because discomfort in one part of the body can
sometimes be linked to restrictions or imbalances elsewhere. At RS
Osteopathy we want to understand how different parts of your body interact,
tailoring treatment to your individual needs.

How we treat you

Treatment may include a combination of gentle manual techniques such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, stretching and, where appropriate, spinal or joint manipulation. By providing advice on posture, exercise and lifestyle management, here at RS Osteopathy we will help to support your recovery and reduce the likelihood of symptoms returning.
