24hrs Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or
rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24
hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice can
be changed without charge. You will receive an appointment reminder 24
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or
appointments that are missed without notice, will be subject to the full
appointment fee.
Our policy allows us to offer the appointment to other patients who may be
waiting for treatment and helps us maintain an efficient service for everyone.
If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact
us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise
and will consider these on an individual basis.
